Tinting tail lights with Night shade. Questions
I'm gonna buy a can of it at work today, and I seem to have a decent idea of how to do it, but wouldn't mind clarifying it before I mess anything up.
I imagine I'd have to clean the tail lights up real good with a good cleaning spray and rag. Then paint 1 or 2 light coats with the spray paint, then let it dry, and then wet sand it when I'm finished. Right?
How many coats should I do if I want them to be noticeably darker, but not so much that you can't hardly see my brake lights. Also, I believe in my state (Tx) that you cannot paint over the white reverse light section. Would I just take this off when painting it? What grit sand paper do I need to buy for when I wet sand it? I have never actually wet sanded anything before, any tips or techniques? How much do I need to sand it?
Thanks guys

I just sprayed em tonight. Gonna leave em sit in the garage all night and come back and wet sand em down after class, and then do 2 or 3 coats of clear on them.
I did like 4 light coats of that stuff and theyre dark, but not too too dark IMO. Should look good.
