Default Tire suggestion?

I've purchased boss 330s in the 20x8.5. I'd like to make the back tires as wide as possible to get the mean street look but want a tire that will keep me a little on the performance side. Help me out as to what will look good from yalls experiences and what tires will get the job done. I prefer low profiles also. my silverado has been dropped in the back 2 inches to get the level look.

when i had 20s i ran a 275/45 out back and a 265/40 up front.. gave it a good rake look.. but the tires i had were not grabbing the road for the little mods i had at the time! lol

I've had 275/45/20 and they're pretty wide but a 295/40/20 would look badass.

Chevy boy that nitto you listed above. Does that happen to be a drag radial? Dlt would the size you posted sit as a low profile or will it be a pretty tall tire

295/40/20 is a low pro tire and is 29.3" tall, that nitto would look stupid with only a 2" drop in the rear, plus it's a little too wide for an 8.5" rim, I wouldn't trust it at high speeds.

4" lowered in the back would still look weird. That tire is only 28.6" tall. Mess around with this calculator and see what you come up with. A flip kit in the back which is 6" drop would look good.
