Default URGENT wheel help needed

Hi,

This is my first post but I need some wheel help. I have an 02 Silverado and I found some American Racing RT-S wheels for cheap. The problem is that they are 6 x 115mm wheel pattern. My question is, can you safely use wheel adapters to get the 6 x 5.5" pattern? I found some adapters on-line to make the conversion. Also, the wheels have a 35mm offset if that matters.

Can I make this work?

Thanks

Can it work: Yes
Should u do it: NO

for starters u need to find wheels with deeper offesets to prevent them from sticking out (usually contacting the fender). They're generally considered unsafe as well because they sit out farther than where the wheel is set up for. Its ur call, it is possible to work tho

IDK if it'll work, but I agree w/ prevoius on how safe they are; spacers aren't track legal either.

That's what I was afraid of. It's a great deal but if it's unsafe, I'll have to pass and keep on looking.

What offset should be used? 18mm?
