BigKID- Did you ever run into any problems with the clear coat on your wheels?
Yes, the clearcoat on my Moda's started pealing about a year and a half ago but I could not contact anyone to get them fixed so I refinished them myself. Now the clear I put on them a year ago is starting to come off too but it was done by me with some rattle can clear coat. Boze offers a coating called PermaStar which is kind of like a chrome powercoat that they are really impressed with. If you get a set from one of the companys I mentioned earlier, I am sure they will offer a good warranty on the clear that they put on.

btw.. I like those Prowlers but the Pentia6 are my favorite from Intro.

I like the Prowlers a lot...they kinda look like Billet Specialties Grid 6's. I have chrome Centerline Lexi IV's now (20")...and the chrome is holding up well, as I bought them exactly 2 years ago. The upside is they come with a 3 yr. warranty, but the downside is they are heavy as hell! You can really feel the added weight when braking, and they cost me 3 tenths in my quartermile ET! Oh the price to pay for bling, bling! I think I'm gonna get me a set of light weight 18's as well once you guys decide on the best way to go...lol!

hmm well i know i was one of the firsts to get it. Maybe they are testing it out on me first..i dunno. I sent out my money order for them a month ago and they should be shipped as of today. The clearcoaters took a couple weeks themselves. Brian over there has been really helpful and quick to reply. Plus he gave me a great package deal.

The prowler is a pretty nice looking rim too.

Im not sure if bryan from intro is a member here or not but here is a pic of his supercharged bagged truck. One of my favs

Billet.

Chrome stinks...if you want a lightweight wheel that won't start flaking or turning to crap, billet is the only way to go

well guys, i'm screwed. Intro's, centerline's, the wheels i wanted, they cannot get. I need tires BAD b/c mine are VERY slick. I'm probably going to regret it but i ordered 20'' Foose Speedsters. Gonna be heavy, make me slow, make me disgusted, get me mad and they'll probably be for sale in a couple of weeks. But i think it will look pretty good. Don't really care for the buttons though.

just a thought pick out a set of nice rims that you like and go get them powdercoated,
looks allot better, and they will really stand out.
