Just Sand Enough To Get The Water Spots Out. Get A Bucket Of Soapy Water And Soak The Paper In It And Start Goin Away At It. Always Be Sure To Keep Your Wheels And Paper Wet To Be Sure You Dont Mess Up The Wheels. When Done Use A Good Polish And Sealant.

Ive mentioned this many times, but I live in Fl (salty air) and my wheels get hit by sprinklers pretty frequently and I use Gord's and Ive never had to spend much time cleaning them. I really like this stuff.
