yes and no. yes they would work if they fit 03 and up body style.

I run HIDs in my '02 Silverado, had them in the Suburban and will be using them in my '05 Sierra when it arrives. They light up the road very well. The Suburban had stage IIs in the high beam, low beam and lower driving lights. People though the sun came up when I was driving behind them
