305/45 will fit at stock height, I've seen it done. Although it will rub when your wheels are fully locked, but thats no big deal. Just trim a little out and your fine.
I used to have 305/40 and they were close to rubbing at full lock but didnt.

and also, my old 22s were 5.7" backspace and yours are are the same, so they dont stick out any further than mine did
