What should I do to give the front of my truck a better look. I don't care much for the stockish look. I have already got rid of the gaudy bug deflector. I was thinking of blacking out the whole front grill, except for the bowtie, and maybe the very bottom piece of the bumber, the gray plastic, if it is even paintable. and what can I do with those headlights? I dont care much for Blacked out headlights, but I hate how shiny they are.

Black out the grille as you said, bowtie leave as is or paint too, Paint lower valance to match, paint top cover to match, Im wanting to say paint the chrome bumper but Im not to sure on that. Smoke your bumper lights very lightly, should take the shine away.

The 01-02 Chevy HDs have the best looking front end of all the NBS trucks IMO, I'd just leave it stock.

I love the HD front end too, it's very tough looking. All I'd do is maybe color match the bowtie and get some clear corners...nice subtle change.

 

+2 on that. I would change the corne and HID lights. I am going to be putting a HD grill on my 1500
