Default what to do with oxidated wheels

I have a couple of sets of aluminum wheels i got real cheep because they look like azz. Anyhow i decided to experiment with them. I used paint stripper to get rid of the clear on the wheels where the oxidation didnt already do it for me.
Then several hours with a wire wheel and they look ok or at least better.
My? What would you guys/gals like to see. painted or work on wire wheel then clear?
also
If someone would be kind enuf to help a newb can you tell me how to put pics in here on mobile. Thanks.

Wire wheel can actually do more damage then good to a aluminum wheel. From not being able to see the wheels. I would start with a 320-400 grit paper and go from there. Pics would help, I could tell you exactly how to bring them back.. As for pics from moble I do not know, never did it that way.

polish only takes out surface issues, not pits and deep oxidation.
