I've installed 305/50R20 on a truck once. I didn't think it would fit, but it did....barely....
Truck was stock height, wheels were 9" wide, on a +15 offset. I think the offset of the wheels, and your ride height will be the deciding factor in your fitment.

Do you mean huge tall or huge wide?
That's what the guy at my tire shop told me he would do. If they are too tall he would put on some 305 45s
Mine will do a 30mph rolling burnout in 4x4 if I build boost with the brakes first, I don't think there will be much to help in the grip department for my dd tires. I'm hoping the wider, and taller tire will do away with some of the spinning on accident.
