I asked the same question when i got mine and no one knew. I thought about buying some chrome ones and sandblasting them and either painting them or trying powder coating. I dont think either will hold up to a socket.

Try local parts stores, I had to go to 3 different NAPAs to get a complete set of black lugs for my old Camaro, but they had them. Keep an eye out on ebay to....

just be sure they are the right thread size and pitch: M14 x 1.5 (if i recall correctly)

i would also try to find steel if possible...

powder coating should hold up, just make sure the threads dont get coated too
