Default Who else hates big wheels?

So I've been getting a bad vibration lately and thought maybe it was my stupid heavy 22's not being balanced or something, so I put my dads 17's on and take it for a test drive, truck rides crazy smooth not to mention with those boat anchors off I felt great with the 456's

I officially hate big wheels!

Im not usually a fan of anything over 20". My truck is .15-.2 faster in the 1/8 with my 18s and 265/60s then my 20s with 285/50s. My 20s with tires only weigh slghtly more then the 18s though. Im sure anything other then billet would be pretty heavy in 20" and bigger.

I agree I put my 17s back on when I had to replace idler arm and pitman arm due to my 22s felt every groove in the road and would push my truck all over the place plus lost 2 mpg with the 22s

I've been trying to sell my 22's for a year now. I'd like to go from 22" to 15".

I don't like the looks, the ride, or the negative effects. They serve no benefit. A lifted truck with big tires at least can go off-roading.

I wish I had smaller front brakes so that I could put smaller wheels.

I've ran 16's, 17's, 20's, and 22's on my truck. I like the 16's the best, and that's why I won't ever go with any big brake kit on it.

18's are as big as I'll go! I like the way they ride, there not too heavy. They have a good sticky tire in a size I run. Im looking for 17's to get, but it would be for trips, and smoky burnouts lol! I have my slicks on 16's but want to get some slicks on 15's soon! Used to run 22's on old truck! Never again! Too heavy, didn't ride as good. Plus retarded ppl are attracted to big wheels and are more likely to get jacked! Only from experience!
