Default window tinting

I just called a local tint shop and they want $70 to tint the front windows and $20 for the sunstrip on the windshield. Is that a good price? They also said they use Suntech tint. Is that a good brand? He said they offer a lifetime warranty with it. Thanks

Price isn't too bad. I had my entire small SUV done for 170 about a year and a half ago.
Not sure about the brand though...

seems a little high for the sides..its $20-25 for side windows, $30 for the rear, and $20 for window strip around here. And most tint places usually cover their tint for life.

i tinted my sides and back window for almost that same price about 4 years ago. haven't had a problem with them and they're supposed to have a lifetime warranty. i don't remember what brand was used, but it's a pretty good quality

How dark are you going?

I'm pretty torn on what % to go. 5% is too dark for me. I was thinking about just having the fronts matched to the stock tint, but the rear tint is so light! I've read its 17 or 18%. I think 10% would be nice, but it would save me about $100 if I just did the fronts matched to the stock rear.

hell yea but if you match the sides the whole truck will be darker because of less light passing through! Tint the windshield ftw!
