....looks better now
This is so me. But w/ a spin, money is what usually holds me back from what's next. I like, the no moldings does it! Fishing line? Tried that method when I did mine & weak line kept breaking on me. Let me ask u, do 4wd guys have to worry bout pinion angle or rather did u? Awesome new look.

I'm not sure if I'll have to worry about it or not...I'm thinking probably not because I'm only going to be 1" lower than a stock 2wd rear end would be.

True, 1" lower than a 2wd, but how far off your specs( or any) 4wd? Just a thought I had.

It's really lookin good man, the blue looks so much nicer without the mouldings breaking it up. How's the paint look where you removed the mouldings and badges? Looks good in the pics

I always thought that the only difference between the 2wd and 4wd was the lift blocks....i think a 2wd is just a 4wd rear end without lift blocks in it. Not 100% on that though.

It's not too bad....there are some scratches under there from the fishing line I used I think. My roommate (2005Silverado) is going to detail it for me this weekend, so hopefully some of the small stuff will come out. Overall, it's better than I was expecting
