Default Z71 stuff?

can you fit the rocker panel proteciton form a Z71 suburban on a ecsb truck or the stuff from a tahoe on a scsb truck?

stone, the burb stuff would probably have to be cut, not sure, but i will measure my rockers and compare them to an ecsb i have here at the shop, if it looks close i'll let you know. my wife's got the burb today so i'll check tomorrow morning.

thanks alot, i like the way it looks, and i assume it would have to be cut at the bed gap, but i would think i would overall fit. thanks

how is the protection attached? bolts, riviots?

stone, the rocker panel molding is 80" across fender to qtr. it is held on by plastic retainers and there is about 10 per side. so get drillin

thanks, trying to find something to protect the paint when i get my truck, from the mesquite at my GF's farm

see if you can find a local dealer that sells the 3m paint protection film. it is a clear film that can be used on various parts to protect from rock chips and such. we installed some on a new ford GT, not the mustang, and so far no chips. stuff seems to hold up good.

Back TTT for some more input on this 3m paint protection film. Looks like good stuff, but looking for member input. I think Tom was going to do this...
