sorry to open up an old thread but where are everyones gauge setups?? i know there are way more people on here with gauges in their gmt-900's.

im currently trying to find a good gauge setup so i need some pictures and advice.

nothing wrong with yours but id like to see what other options are out there. maybe some kind of overhead pod where the courtesy lights are or maybe some kind of dash mounted pod.

where did yall tie in the 12volt power source for the gauges? i was told tie into the pink ignition wire coming out of the ignition switch, yet my 08 silverado does not have a pink wire coming from the ignition switch.

There is a RAP (retained accessory power) underneath the dash in that little black box just to the left of the brake pedal. It will stay on with key out of the ignition until you open the door, just like the radio. I tapped in there for most of my stuff and I have a relay powering everything. I'm not sure which prong it is but you can google it to find the result!
