F*CK no. I am not that skilled. HAHAHA

I had a local guy put it together. I just took him the parts that I wanted in it.

Here is the upper and lower intercooler brackets I made for the 31x12x4. The challenge was to get the IC as high as possible to fill the majority of the grill and pushed back to clear the factory grill mesh. I moved the hood latch back 5/8", the max I could do without modifying or relocating the hood hook bar itself. The back side of the IC is very close to the hood latch assy so I needed absolutely no movement of the IC while driving.

I tried a straight 1/2npt and then putting a 90* #8 fitting on it and it hit the alternator. So the fix is to keep it to one fitting that screws into the rail and makes your 90* also.
same problem on my tbss with holley, ill take a pic of mine.

Man that's awesome, glad to see you are getting it to work. I take it you have the smaller radiator and you're going to go between the headlights and radiator?

Thanks, it's coming along little by little. And no, I have the big radiator, routing the piping between the head lights and around the core. It just takes a little tweaking of the a/c lines going to the condenser.

Got some progress on the project, manifold and s480 mounted for mock up. Fabbed up the 3" stainless charge pipe. I though clearance would be an issue but the only thing that needed to be trimmed was the plastic head light mount. I'll be making some bracing brackets for the head light mount since the lower section isn't secure due to the material i had to remove to fit the IC pipe.
