Default 2003 SS with magna charger

I just pick up a 2003 AWD SS it has a magna charger and it pulls really hard till about 4000 rpms the it feels like it stops pulling even though the motor is reving and the boost is up to 10psi.

What could be the problem?

Trucks shifts fine and idles fine.

Could it be the torque convertor?

the motor seems to run fine

Its not the fuel or tune. The tunner took it for a spin and logged some #'s a/f ratio was good.Tranny's not slipping either.Any other idea's are welcome! Mike
