That VIN# Comes back as 1 of 390 Victory Red SS with Very Dark Pewter Leather Interior and 1 of only 157 of those that had a Sun Roof.
Is your's Victory Red with Leather and a Sun roof??? If so, It is possible that it was a theft recovery. I would look at a Car Fax report to try and determine the history. Car Fax currently shows 17 records for that vehicle. Car Fax is not full proof but if there was a record of it, it will show up. If it was a theft recovery and it was reported, it should show as a Salvaged title on the Vehicle Title.

I don't Believe the SS was ever offered with Tan interior so it sounds like there is some thing going on with this vehicle especially since it does not have a sun roof.
Also you mentioned GBI. What office is that???

Yeah compnine as I mentioned previously says it's an SS..... but it may not be your truck. Interior is listed as pewter (RPO 692) and then it definitely says the truck came with a sunroof ( RPO CF5).... So either compnine is wrong ( I doubt it) or your truck was built from something else. Sounds like at a minumum the cab was swapped off another truck.... which could explain the lack of stickers.

Well we couldn't confirm a true vin only thing we got was the vin that matches the title out the ecm. So he told me do not worry about it. And to tell anyone who may pull me over and notice it to call him and two other state troopers to say i have had the truck checked out. We are thinking it may be a salvaged truck.
