i dont know about the size you listed, but nitto 404 is the better tire of the 2 IMO. i swapped from toyos to nittos and the difference was night and day. i loved the toyos until i got the nittos....i just didnt know any better.

thanks for the reply. the reason for the size differences, is because the two companys don't make the exact same sizes. i just can't go with the Nitto though until i see them or atleast a pic of them.

I have the Nitto 404's in 275-60 on my 18" Centerlines. If you want to wait till I get back, I'll have the Toyo's mounted up on yours/my stock SS wheels, and you can try em out.

Besides OEM Generals and Tigerpaws, I've had Goodyear GT-II's, Pirelli Scorpion Zeros, Yokohama AVS/ST, and now have Nito 404's.

This is the seventh set of tires I've had on the 'Hoe (73k miles total now) and I am happiest with them. They are quiet, smooth, they don't pick up ruts in the roads, and they don't launch me sideways. Traction is awesome.

I have 600+ft/lbs torque, 3500RPM converter, and 4.56:1 gears - on some asphalt the Nittos dead hook. In fact, the seatbelt tensioners pull so tight they restrict breathing. (Size I am running is 305/60 R17.)
