Yeah I get some ratteling. It seems to be a problem with ebay LTs. Either that or some people are saying that they get some noise going through the fake cats. I only notice it at idle though.

Any of y'all tried pulling your door panels off? It is im-*******-possible to get the leather trim piece back on. I really wish I could meet the dumb **** "engineer" that designed that piece and kick him square in his *****.

Hey guys was wondering if anyone could answer a question thats been racking my brain for awhile now...
Can a LQ4 6.0 be Bore'd and/or stroked and totally rebuilt from the oil pan up to be a 427 OR a 454???
Also...
Can a 4.8/5.3 be made into a 383 stroker???
Im looking into doing a build on a completly used engine engine that has low miles thats been well taken care on so that i can use my current engine as a backup. And if i was going to build one i wanted it done right the first time to the specs im looking for... any help on those topics would be AWESOME!!!
thanks

I'm not sure bout either of them, but I think the biggest you can go with a lq4 is a 418. I know you can't go go to a 454, cuz you need a tall deck motor to bore and stroke it out that big.
