Only problem i ever had with my exhaust: Roll pan tips slowly began rotating, one side sagged while the other raised up and ended up rattling at idle pretty ugly. Went ahead and did a custom dual exhaust dumped under the truck, cut the piping to where the tips mount to the frame, and tacked the smaller mount to the rollpan and called it a day.

i know the feeling...if you have the 4.8 i'll tell you right now...drop it & get a 6.0 or at least ls1 or some other ls based motor...these 4.8's are basically garbage as far as a power base...get rid of the 5 spd. & get yourself a t-56 or if you have the $$ & can find one go with the m6 nothing wrong with knowing your combo will work...either way welcome to the site!

me personally i would go with JET performance...solid background...or a lot of people around here really like to take the brain & send it to a shop like wheatley performance ...and from the dyno results i've seen they improve #'s pretty well...so you have an ext. cab?

i have read most of this write up and i have a couple of questions.....
mine is a 05 so i dont know if this is where the differences are....
i have a 18 inch alum. fullsize rim with a nitto tire on it....
also my brake pads are ceramic, is this something went back and corrected after the 04's?

it might have been? the only difference really is that ceramic pads won't damage the rims....if you're under warranty call the regency dealer at 800-989-4727 & see if they can help you out to get the FOOSE 20's...the wheels are horrible as far as the chrome is concerned but they actually are kinda nice rims...any other questions just post 'em
