Also keep in mind. If you're using an android device. You have to turn Javascript off or it'll ask you if you want to view the mobile theme every time you load a new page.

Here's some "general" help, but might not be relevant to your phone AND/OR browser you are using...
1. Open the browser on your Android phone.
2. Tap the menu key.
3. Tap the More options icon.
4. Tap the Settings button.
5. Tap the Clear Cache button.
6. Verify your choice by clicking the OK button when the verification menu pops up.

iPhone...
To clear the browser cache
From the Home screen, choose Settings > Safari. Tap Clear Cache.

Mobile Chrome...
Touch Menu > Settings.
Touch Privacy.
Touch Clear browsing data.

If that doesn't help, search your specific phone on google or your preferred searching service LOL, clear browser cache
