if the pvc is now in and not coming outdon't worry about it.
was it still hook to the hose are no if it was still hook to the hose it would not be a problem but if the hose was not hooked it could be a problem it would be like a major vac leak and it would be lean then once you hook it back up it could be very rick if you were adding fuel to try and make up for the hose being off.i change my fuel filter every other oil change.

yeah the hose was completely disconnected and tucked under the fuel rail. i found it about 3 months after the tune. plugged it back in, it fits nice and tight... so i know it came from the cam swap. it was tuned the same day. my gas mileage went straight to hell when it was first put back on, but came up a little. nowheres NEAR what it was when unplugged. i get about 11-14 mpg, if i drive like my mom. normal me driving... i watch it move the needle.

What he said on the pcv.I don't know why he has you shifting so soon on the 2-3
That is why your not running decent times IMO.
I'm on a completely stock motor with bolt ons and i shift at 6200rpm.
If you get that changed your second will more than likely run you throughout the quarter and never hit thrid.
Plus shifting that much higher will put you in a great powerband when you do hit thrid making it no longer the dog that it is.
I'd get your tune worked on before recamming.JMO.

well realy you need to get it retune before doing anything else

sounds like a plan then... much cheaper too. i asked about the pcv valve in the tuning, general gm disc, all over. no one said anything, if they had i could have fixed this months ago thank you for finally letting me know

I almost have the same set up that you have..
220 cam, 3200 stall, 4.10's. all bolt-ons
1-2shift @ 6700 and 2-3 @ 6600, time @ 30*@WOT,,
and allen also did a street tune on my truck...

dude with my 216/220 i gain .25 just by shifting at are around 6700 compare to 6000 the intake may fall off but the truck is still making powerand if you shift higher your rpms will not fall as low and with 3.73 it could be bogging the motor you got to remember he is an x-cab he has to try and stay in the higher rpms has much as possible to keep the truck pulling.

no sorry you have it backwards the 4.56 you don't have to spin it up as high cause it will not fall as low when you shift i was only droping like 1000 rpms most others are droping 1500 on shifts
