there is no such citation in the state of Texas for contest of speed. Racing is now a class B offense for the first offense, second is a class A, and third ......... is a state jail felony. If he wrote you a ticket for it then he is the dumb ***. That law was taken out about three years ago. So you should be able to get out of it without paying anything.
