bought me a nice shiny brand new .308 just for long range shooting (ok it's flat dull black but still)
haven't had a chance to do much past 100yds yet, but will probably be joining abplace with a 600 yd range. Looking forward to stretching out to 1200+ eventually. Also looking into a .338LM for some of the long range stuff. I'd love a .50BMG, just can't find any advantage over the .338LM!!

Even I could hit a barn at 400 yards in a 15mph wind.

Ill ask the postmaster and see what he says, I order ammo and stuff all the time and it gets delivered to my office so i dont see why not.
That'd be cool if I could send you some brass to tinker with. I plan on going to the 500yd range some time in the next few months, Id be interested to see what changes between the different loads.
