It's not even Carbon Fiber
These Rvinyl® Carbon Fiber "Wide Body" Wrap Kits® are manufactured from a professional grade 5 year rated vinyl film. At an outstanding 30" width, these are the widest films available on the market. Designed at 30" they offer the widest surface area application while still allowing the installer to apply the kit with relative ease
It's simply a vinyl wrapper to lay over your painted part to make it look like Carbon Fiber.

my point exactly

carbon fiber is lighter than aluminum and stronger than steel
this is why race cars utilize this technology and ricers get fake stuff to slap on their cars
