For the white truck, I called Kip at Cammotion, he was a great help, designed the cam, and called me back a day or so later. Id defiantly call someone that design's cams for a living and get one designed before I bought one off the shelf. Im sure all the popular ones will do good, but for your set up a custom grind may do better.
Also, Id definatly do the cam and headers. I did headers first on my CC, but Im probably not gonna do a cam, and I had the headers lying around. On the White truck, I did a few cams before I did headers. Honestly, using the butt dyno on the CC, I noticed a huge difference with the LT's, but on the RC with the 6.0, I didnt notice much if any difference going from manifolds and gutted Y to LT's and ORY. Im sure they helped a little, just not very noticeable
