Default difference between lockup stall and non lockup

i was looking at torque converters and 2400 to 2800 stalls and one was lockup and the other was non lockup

Lockup clutches lock the two sides of the converter together for better efficiency when you are cruising. Non-lockup don't. If you're doing one for your daily driver definitely get the lockup converter.

thats what i was thinking thanks pretty soon im going yo buy a stock trailblazer stall for my truck so it should be lockup

Do some more searching before you buy that TB stall....some people have been very unhappy with theirs.

I'm not saying you shouldn't get it, just do some searching about it. I think some people like it, some don't. Not sure why, just remember seeing the topic come up.
