It was starting to get dry over here pretty bad too, but we got lucky and had that tropical depression come over us last Friday and dump 3+ inches. That should finish us up for the year unless it just gets crazy hot.

That and the fact that I'm selling them insecticide every three days......that **** is getting expensive on them, but doesn't bother me any. Helps my end of the year bonus. Our corn has cut REALLY good this year. Most every farmer here dropped all of their cotton acres and went to corn anyway. We caught just enough yearly rain to make this a great crop year.

What sucks is the amount of grain crops in this area is just too much for the grain elevators to keep up with.....they're maxing out and most people haven't even started on their beans and rice yet. It's really going to be hell getting these crops out of the fields since they're all coming off at the same time. I feel for them.

we're averaging 70bushells on our soybeans so far on my family's farm.. and the cotton is lookin pretty sweet this way so far too.... looks like its gonna be a good christmas after all!

Its got a couple crossings that are not exactly stock bike friendly if ya know what i mean.
hahaha i believe we all stock but we might can rig up somethin to make do for the weekend..... but it needs to be at least 10 to 15 degrees cooler before we do any campin if u know what i'm sayin

Oh i hear ya... its been awhile since we camped out.
prob wont till about october or so... need alot coooer weather do anything outside right now..
