my truck has been wasting some oil, I did a search on here and read to change the pcv valve... I changed it this morning, but the old one still looks pretty good??

anybody has some other suggestions as to why its doing it??

it had never happened until after the camswap?? I hope it was the pcv valve...

Only other thing I can think of is maybe the timing chain cover seal that goes around the crank pulley is pinched check for leaks down there. I had a problem with the t-chain cover leaking where it meets the oil pan with mine after the cam swap. Motor isnt in Im still painting **** and Im waiting for my heads they are suppose to be at my house right now so Ill probably drop it in tomorrow since mjhoward is off and he can help me. Im going to get everything done tonight expect dropping it in.

Im not crying about having no money its just true I dont

I'll hopefully be gettin my servo installed this weekend. TX, if not, I got a friend who can do the servo install too. He's doing mine for free, well, I'm bringin the beer. But I doubt he'd charge much.

On a better note, me and my girl have been trying to buy a house for a while now. Need to get one, so I can start on the new 1996 Impala SS project. Well, we have been appoved, and I went and found a piece of property today in Santa Fe down towards Galveston. Its 3.28 acres and is ready to put the house on. So things might be looking good withing the next few months for me. I'm trying not to get too excited, but man we have been looking for over a year now and things have not been good.

On a side note though, TX, I'm gunna need to borrow that empty pockets smiley. lol.
