how in your opinoin is a truck classified as a race truck

ok guys just kind of woundering cause i was told mine is a race truck cause of all the work i've done.just wonted to check with you'll we are on the same page

A street truck you'll throw a weekends worth of **** in the bed and drive it 200 miles away.
A race truck gets towed.

well it is a race truck because it is fast and u race people in it but it is also a street truck because u drive it just about, if not everyday

IMO

RACE=non pump gas (more than 100 octane), NOT street legal, NOT daily drivable....if you cant drive next to a jack *** cop and not get pulled over(other than tint, too low, too loud, etc)-its probably a race truck

STREET= daily drivable, somewhat legal (cant have slicks, skinnies, and wheelie bars-lol seen this before) if a cop can pull you over and you present him with registration and you have inspection and insurance, you probably have a street truck

BUT...there are gray areas here-call it what you want. i call mine a slow *** work in progress without the progress right know (short on funds-donations accepted)

it is no longer a street truck when the only inspection you can pass
is the tech inspection at the track.

I don't know why Randy or Ron consider either of their trucks "street" trucks.... they spend WAY too much time broken in their respective driveways
