I got your PM. I think we found the problem with his tranny. It was a tad low.
When the guys that rebuilt his transfer case three weeks ago took it out, I believe they didn't put enough tranny fluid back in.
Simple, but bad mistake on there part. They are one of the highest recommnded transfer case rebuild shop around Houston.
I did however forget their name.
Doesn't seem to be slipping anymore.
Guess it will be ok.
