Just hooks and pulls. Great street tires !! Still have to feather the throttle from a light though...will spin all thru first till the shift.

Hope your not planning on daily driving those..
Just FYI - I'm sure they are DOT. But they are made just to put on at home, drive to the track and then drive back home and take off. Unless you don't care about changing them out about every 5,000 miles or so.
