yall let me wory about the dealership colby...converters are easy when the dealership lets you use the lift on the weekends...maybe an hour tops after letting the exhaust cool just a bit. OR, if i get a new fuddle in time the dealership will install it for me drykill, are you on the northside of the beltway or the southside?

oh, and im not swappin in the stock converter if thats what your thinkin colby...im just guna give it to the mechanic at the dealership so he has a core to turn in with the transmission. he's giving me my fuddle back, and moving all of my servos over to the new transmission.

well, that makes a little difference...if I had to spend hours under the truck on my back to swap out 2 converters, I wouldn't mess with it. But if you can get the **** done easily enough a stock working tranny is better than a slipping one. However it doesn't matter once it becomes a core for the FLT you need to order

Yea, but it seems that my tires are being homosexual. I will be around CS this weekend. Im a broke sunuva gun. Ive crawled up in my little hole studying my *** off 8 days a week.

hey stew, since you know the dealer that good, take them a set of performance clutches and have them throw them in there..
