posting this for a buddy, he has a 350 from a 87 chevy pickup he is wanting to bore, he was wondering where a good machine shop in houston is, thanks fellas

LateModel Engines (sponsor of ls1tech) HKE Racing Engines (formerly the builder of HPE's motors and builder of most of the fastest LS1s in the world. Basically there are no shortages of GOOD builders in Houston

Good luck getting a hold of HKE. Erik does very good work but getting a hold of him is damn near imposible.. I have used Nicken's of conroe.

u got to have erik's cell to get a hold of him
macks machine shop on tidwell is a good shop for sbc motors
the owner is a former dirt track racer.

NemeSS is right... sometimes you have to work a little harder to get the best


speeking of Erik...he's on AIM right now...and he never gets on there.
