Vince will be building my Level 4 80E stat considering mines already cooked...

You also didn't exactly start with a solid starting point....from what I understand the shift kit wasn't installed properly, or something was incorrect. I'll be keeping my 80e bone stock after seeing the several shift kit disasters on here, and will see how it holds up with the turbo. Considering the stock 80e is rated for 440 lb/ft of torque in a 8000lbs bus I think it will hold just fine.

maybe... maybe not... Thats all water under the bridge at this point and I've got what I've got. I hope you like stock, because it will be painful depending on what youre used to, 4L80E's arent known for crispness and response in stock form... and no amount of tuning will net you an "electronic shift kit" like a lot of people think. and FWIW, the new Transgo kit is MUCH simpler than the old one with gear command etc... mine had the old type and had sevral hands in it including my own so there's honestly no telling what the exact culprit was in my case...
either way, I wont be scared to lay the hammer down whenever I please knowing the caliber of trans and converter I've got behind my powerplant. I've owned FLT quality before, and will again real soon

Of course, I will probably end up with a FLT level 4 or 5 in the future, but for the time being the stock 80 should more than suffice. I'm pretty content out of the feel I can get with just tuning on a 60, so the 80 should be more or less the same.

we'll we will have to see how it turns out....I'm probably about a month out on the swap...just need to gather a flexplate and some miscellaneous parts and should be good to go....ahh...the KB racing performance crossmember too
