Default new z71 for rental!

So I took my truck in for the oil change and tire rotation and one of the dudes at the shop showed me that the transmission was leaking a bit but everything would be covered under warranty and they'll give me a free rental.

They give me the new 4dr z71 and this thing is huge! I was wondering if you have to turn on the 4wd or is it always on? What are some other fun features on these new z71s should I check out while I have it?

I would think as long as it's not a Denali you would have to engage the 4wd.

I was working in South Carolina and a worker there had a New 2500HD 4x4... and i could not for the life of me find the freakin 4wd switch!!!!
Thats not cool when you have to read the owners manual to find out how to engage/disengage 4wd...

yeah, they did. 2wd say Z71 and 4wd say Z71 4x4 on the side.
