Here is a pic of progress. I have the hubs fully rebuilt with the rotors added. All that is left is to paint them.




Here is a shot of one of the axle shafts to give an idea of the beef of this thing.

Well, here is the axle with all of the OEM 4 link bracketry installed from the old 10 bolt. Tomorrow I will gear this thing.

In the first pic, the axle tube looks like new and it also looks like the weld holding the tube into the housing is new. Did you have to install new tubes? If so, how come?

The welding looks really first class! Keep up the great work!

The tubes aren't new. They just cleaned up really well with a grinder. The fabrication was done by Mark at Creative Engineering Offroad.
