i would def let shelton tune my pile but i have go so much wrapped up in tuning and i hate for something to not work right since i have changed actual parts and running a COS3 with efi. He would basically have to write a tune from scratch with the segment swapped 6.0 and 4l80. I just need someone with a good knowledge of efi to sit down and spend some time working on the timing and fuel trims to get it right ya know!

 

hell I need a wideband to get mine absolutely correct!

put it on the dyno and send it to Justin @ Blackbear he has efi and he is very good with that. im sure you could call Geoff Skinner and see what he'll charge you to look/make changes to your current tune. Also Shelton can scan your truck and not have to make a tune from scratch. he'll just adjust what he scans and then make sure your not too rich/too lean. i bet a street tune and a little tweeking can have you running even faster. just an idea. get with shelton to see if he can just scan it and see where you should changes things. (i dunno if it takes credits to do that, sorry im not a tuner )

 

yea justin was my tuner, long story but I need someone else to tune it now! I have a place in FL but its 450 to dyno tune it and ill have to stay the night and just don't have the spare cash right now!

 

I think it takes 2 credits of $50 a piece. I wanna say Justin at BB sent Nonnie the tune and then chris had Nonnie flash it over, bc he did the same to mine and I just had to retune mine to adjust some things and had to buy 2 new credits.

 

thats to actually tune things not scan it right? if shelton can scan it for free and then just have whoever tuned his truck adjust stuff then itd b no cost honestly. if it works that way i dunno for sure. im wanting to buy efi V2 so i can tune my truck but its mainly so shelton can have the best of both worlds lol. i just cant come off 800 without havin to save a little bit. come down here an get in touch with Benjy at TPS (close to Skipperdaddys house) and im sure we could get it tuned out and then you can be cool like us ;p

 

You can scan fro free, you can make changes for free, you cant download without purchasing the credits

 

maybe i will have a new tune by the meet so i will actually be shifting where i need to be
