oil pressure stays around 40 at idle. it does come up some but not like it used too. it used to stay at 60 at idle and raise up towards 80 when the rpms went up.

i didn't soak them in oil. i'll try that. i probably won't be able to touch the truck again till monday or tuesday.

Man really tonight on the way home from work, just listining to the Wood Hauler's truck. it's pretty noisy too. And he has the Comp 850-16 lifters, TSP 7.4 pushrods, 6.0 heads, on a 408 and Pacesetters. I think that between the pacesetters and the non-adjustable valvetrain they are gonna make noise. Hell I just put a 226 cam in Tan327's 04 5.3 and it's pretty noisy too.
