Default Second annual Southern Truck Shootout @ SGMP in Valdosta, Ga Nov 18-20th.

Posting this here because it gets the most traffic.

Im trying to help get the word out. Since this event is open to all trucks/SUV's I figured I post this up here also.

This is the second year of the STS and let me tell you what last year was a blast. This years improvements so far over last year is: an official hotel with event discount and two day event instead of a 6 hour event. Im sure there will be much more exciting news as the event gets closer. Last year we had Flaco show up with Lil Sis from Tx, Casey02L showed up with his 8 second turbo Lightning and a big block centri blower quad cab chevy dually showed plus a lot of other cool rides. We also had an after hours party at Buffalo Wild Wings which Im sure will happen again this year that is within walking distance of this years official hotel. Feel free to bring your girlfriends and your wives because if they get bored and need something to do there is also a nice shopping mall within walking distance of the official hotel.

If your interested in racing with like minded performance truck/SUV enthusiasts. Please visit the official site and join the forum to get the latest info (Hotel, race classes, meeting location, track events etc). Please feel free to share the web address anywhere youd like to help increase interest.

... and we already had a couple threads in the Southern Section on it. What forum did you originally post it in?
