Default Texas Mile in March (again..)

OK since the bug has been fixed, I'll re-post about the Texas Mile.

www.texasmile.com

This is a one mile run for top speed from a dead stop on an airstrip. It's held in Goliad TX. I went 156mph on my best run and also won my class. Most vehicles out there are still accelerating at the end of that one mile (like me) so if you're looking for absolute top speed of your car/truck then you might be a bit disappointed. Still, where else can you legally keep it hammered without any legal fuss for two days as many times as you want to go back in line? There was only one truck out there last time (Lightning) so it'd be cool to see more trucks out there in that class. They also block some hotel rooms in town for a discount and the city is pretty glad to have people there.

My co-worker will have his 98 boosted cobra out there in March at the mile. I should be there as a spectator

I think he's hoping to hit ~170mph
