Default Thinking about moving?

hello all

Im writing this cause i need some advise about north carolina. Me and my wife are thinking about moving there next year, but im wondering about jobs around the charlotte area. If anyone can help me out about it that would be great. my wife is in business finance and im in Info technology. Im from ohio and i hate the freakin weather here and jobs are vanishing here, especially if delphi and the GM truck plant closes. again any wordly advise would be good

thanks

Well... only input I can throw your way is that moving to North C. is better than moving deeper south to Georgia... too many job cuts here recently. In the city areas, residential is taking a commanding increase over the amount of jobs here (Buford, Lawrenceville, Atlanta even, Gainesville, etc). So unless your a home builder... I think anywhere is better than here.

My grandparents live in Greenboro North C. and that town seems to be a little more "country" in a sense... When I drove through Charlotte a while back, I remembered thinking that there was a really good balance of residential and commercial use of land around there. It should be good for you.

Im in Info technology too... what do you do exactly? I'm in web page design and matience.
