Traffic Accident... white1 & Nick...
Matt (white1) and Nick(tm) are sitting in the ER at Ochsner off O'Neal. No broken bones, but feeling pain. Waiting on a doctor to check things out, and prescribe medication. Just wanted to let everyone know.
He and Nick were in route to Futral on I-12 when Matt swerved to the shoulder to avoid a vehicle in front of him, and a truck followed him but didn't stop. According to Matt, the guy slammed in the back of the Phantom hard enough to lodge his truck under Matt's. Matt said his truck doesn't look that bad, but the hit was hard enough to cause minor pains.

After 5 hours in the waiting room, I bailed. It hurts too bad to hold my head up. Luckily I knew where a couple of Lora-tabs were. So Im fixing to lie down, then go get him when he calls, then go see my Dr in the morning.
The impact will probably need a bedside to fix the truck, but it was hard enough to make the airbag light come on. It was a fullsize van that hit us. We were completely stopped, and he pushed us about 50 feet.

Yea, but as bad as it was, I think the frame absorbed most of the impact. I was standing on my brakes, and at a dead stop, and he pushed us (his van wound up attached to my truck, taking 4-lo to pull them apart) about 40-50 feet I'm estimating. The Airbag light is on, but it didnt deploy. And it needs a new bedside
