ask your cousin sammy where he got his, I think his is like a 30kgvw...

I think if you get the 40kgvw trucool it will be too big during the winter... unless you are planning on a stall before the winter...

dont mean to hijack ur thread GTO...but i jus bought a beefed up tranny and a 3200 fuddle...how big of a trans cooler do u guys think i'll need?

he told me he got it somewhere off of wayside and griggs. i passed by there and didnt see anything. imma have to ask him to show me where it is.

oooh and btw i have a 3200 PI and transgo shift kit and got it rebuit by the same guy that did sammy's tranny!! the converter kicks assss!!!!

same guy that did mine, I would go with that 40kgvw tru-cool, you need all the cooling you can have for these tranny's, thats the one Im planning on going with sometime soon...

I've been happy with my permacool tranny cooler. Mine usually sits at 180 and gets up to 200 in hot outside temps with stop and go traffic.

what do they mean by "external thermal bypass" for the tranny coolers. when i get my new cooler do i get it with or without the external bypass?

had it checked last year during summer,
B&M supercooler held me at 140 in the summer heat
allot lower in the cooler months.
