I am sure others 5.7 owners will looking to do the same and want good advice. I will let others now it is safe, and hopefully soon we will see some real performance numbers on the 5.7 at the track. As soon as I find the right CAI (that snorkels to my fog light inlet) and cat back exhaust that enhances the power band I will be upgrading. I also have heard there will be a SC available by fall and a potential cam upgrade that will have a dramatic increase (and cost) soon. I wouldn't be surprised to see some running 13's soon, but as serious performance guys, I doubt you will be imtimidated by this.

I really appreciate it man! We will definately like for you Tundra guys to make your way over to the site. I like to see posts on the latest trucks out there, and I really hope the aftermarket is good to you guys like it is to us. I'm pretty sure that aftermarket companies will see the potential in the Tundras, since they are already making great power straight out of the box. Always feel free to screw around with the guys in the southern section. Everybody here likes competition.

Yes they would! Humble they should be. Some are giddy and caught up in the hype after upgrading to 5.7 from the 4.7, but they would be nuts to talk smack here. Tundra owners be repectful and take HEED, plz!

What ever do you mean? I sir, am a gentelman and would never talk smack!

Do the Toyotas have tuning ability like HPT or EFI? That will make the biggest difference in my opinion. Being able to tune for a bigger cam, turbo, charger etc....thats when you will be able to put all those cubes to work.
Hopefully the Toyota transmission is stronger than the Chevy 60E.

I've seen a new Toyota commercial saying something about the transmission, so it must be special!
