Well considering the layout of the motor and it being a toyota Id bet there isnt much left on the table power wise.

Overhead cams are notoriously hard to tune, ask the titan guys. Also have you seen how slow aftermarket support for nissan is crawling? Im mean really who is going to make stroker cranks etc for the toyotas? With the blower you can pulley it down, they make get some decent tuning but my guess is it will be an add-an-injector setup which sucks. Headers, intakes smaller pulleys then what, you have a mid 12 second truck that cant go any faster is my guess but we will see.

well seen one go 14.10 at 96mph bone stock down to the paper plates in 97* weather.

remove spare, tailgate, interior parts and cold weather might be a low 13 sec.

Give em some bolt ons and a little spray and they could make a little noise for the average truck owner.

There's a new reg-cab 5.7 at the Toyota dealership that I've been wanting to test drive. It's a sleeper too, no body trim, gray steel wheels, just has a 5.7, locker & 4.30 gears.

Put a STS on one and I'd bet it would be pretty tough to beat.
