Good so now I can really use my CHL without worrying




Kinda always wondered about that...if I shoot someone and miss hittin the good stuff if I could be counter sued even though I have a CHL...NOT ANYMORE!!

They are working on a similar "Stand Your Ground" bill Oklahoma. Versions of it have already passed in both the house and the senate.

I commend Perry!!! I'm tired of all these bull $hit lawsuits. Only in America where a person can break in your house, rob your stuff, cut himself on the broken window he got in on, and fuggin sue YOU for getting hurt!!

first one to pass it in '07, but by far not the first state to pass it

what's taking ya'll so long? Ya'll could shoot someone for stealing your horse but you have to retreat from your own home? Texas is about the most screwed up state....

mississippi has this law in affect.... i think they passed it a year ago

I wanna say there is something like this already in effect for Florida. So don't feel too bad *** Texans.

Oh and Lurius, yes I say stomp cause I have a CFL. Concealed Foot Liscence. They never see it coming and I still paint the walls with cerebellum. Look it up, that would suck for them.
