you sure the vert is still good.... dont the 60's usually take the vert when the tranny goes.... or is it the other way around?

It cost wayyy tooo much to play this dern game... i considered selling everything and goin back to stock so i can buy some more guns and shooting competition...

From the sounds of how you described your shifting you had it shifting too hard. Mine trans barely chirped the 1-2 and just a firm 2-3 and lasted with a cammed 5.3 and a 100/150 shot on it. I would bet that was the cause of your problems.

Yea thats what i was talkin to Randy about today... 1-2 shift at part throttle was just insane... and at WOT it would break the tires loose so it didnt have the same effect.
I wish i had some video of some part throttle shifting... my dash rattled when it shifted...
Now the 2-3 shift was perfect... not harsh but not soft. if 1-2 was like that it would be a done deal..
i just took it apart and drained all the fluid i could. put the tail housing and pan back on it and stripped all the sensors and brackets off it. and loaded it in the work truck...
Leaving out in bout 4 hours so i got to get some sleep...
